Boxing Gloves Ring Worn Fact or Fiction

When the building that housed Jack Dempsey's Restuarant was torn down a few years ago, noted Dempsey authority Bob Shephard was on hand for opening of the cornerstone time capsule.

Inside was found absolutely nothing.

Established Fact:
Sol Levinson of San Francisco made the gloves for the Willard v. Dempsey contest. The gloves Pete Herman is holding are Post brand.
